November Selah Session: An Imaginative Prayer on The Lord's Supper

This month, join us for a meaningful time of reflection and gratitude as we journey through an imaginative prayer centered on The Lord's Supper, also known as the Eucharist—which means to "give thanks."

Though the bread and cup may seem simple, they represent the most incredible feast for our souls, a sacred meal that marks us as God’s beloved children.

In this intimate time, we are invited to remember that His body was broken and His blood poured out for us all. Come and experience the richness of His sacrifice and the joy of remembrance together.

By the way, it’s FREE

Looking Back & Looking Forward Mini-Retreat

Looking Back & Looking Forward Mini-Retreat

“We do not learn from experience… we learn from reflecting on experience.”

- John Dewey

There is great power in reflection, especially when it is coupled with the promise of a new year! But, it can be hard to find the time to reflect on what we’ve experienced. And even if we find the time, knowing how to move through all of the emotions, memories, and outcomes of the past year can feel impossible.

We need a protected space- a set apart time to think back, ponder and reflect on all that was and currently is. We need a guide- a framework to lead us through what we’ve encountered towards what we want most for our lives.

We need the Looking Back & Looking Forward Mini-Retreat- a space to appreciate and anticipate our lives alongside other women!

Fully engage with your life, listen to your heart, and give voice to your story at this 2 hour-long mini-retreat. Our time together will include:

  • Guided Journaling

  • Interactive Small Group Activities

  • Selection and Activation of One Little Word for 2022

You can choose to participate in-person or online, and all retreaters will receive a beautiful One Little Word Workbook and a Looking Back & Looking Forward Worksheet.

  • In-Person Retreat Sunday, January 30, 2:30-4:30 MST, Life City Church (8237 S Holly St Unit C, Centennial, CO 80122)

  • Online Retreat Tuesday, February 1, 4:30-6:30 MST, via Zoom.

Cost: $10

You are guaranteed to walk away from this retreat empowered and prepared to step into 2022.

Nothing Is Wasted Healing Retreat

IMG_0878.PNG

It’s safe to say that most of us have never experienced anything like 2020-21.

Our relationships have suffered, our joy has been depleted, and deep-seated wounds and old tapes seem to chronically remind us that we are broken. Your suffering and all of the dry wilderness spaces of your heart have not gone unnoticed... and now, they don’t have to go uncared for either.

The Nothing is Wasted Retreat is a holy opportunity for you to co-labor with God to redeem your brokenness and heal your pain

If you’re ready to:

  • regain your strength,

  • realign your emotions,

  • reactivate healthy thought patterns, and

  • revive your soul

The Nothing is Wasted Healing Retreat is for You!

From obesity to chronic illnesses, there are two key factors involved: toxicity, and deficiency. While it's paramount to cleanse your body by eliminating toxic input- it’s equally important to address nutritional shortcomings with nutrient dense foods. The Eating to Thrive Program is a month-long initiative that addresses BOTH toxicity and deficiency to help you achieve vibrant health.

Each Week You'll Receive:

  • Two Information-dense emails per week. 1). An educational email with nutrition best-practices and health tips to boost your wellness. 2.) A resource email with recipes for daily green drinks, healthy plant-based recipes, and home-based workouts.

You will receive access to short circuit training, resistance workouts, and detoxifying yoga flows that can be done in the comfort of your own home. The links to these weekly workouts will arrive in the weekly resource email.
  • Resources to help your life be productive and intentional. We'll use Jennie Allen's Dream Guide to inventory and process growth in your personal, spiritual, work, and relational areas of life. You'll also receive guidance on how to select ONE WORD to theme your year on.

The UN-RESOLUTION Wellness Program
Feb

to Mar 4

The UN-RESOLUTION Wellness Program

"Un-Resolution" because this program is not about your resolve or a list of 10 lofty goals that you'd like to achieve in 2018. This is a program packed full of my favorite tools, resources and techniques to improve your health and create balance from the inside out.

From obesity to chronic illnesses, there are two key factors involved: toxicity, and deficiency. While it's paramount to cleanse your body by eliminating toxic input- it’s equally important to address nutritional shortcomings with nutrient dense foods.  The Un-Resolution Wellness Program will completely reset your body by addressing BOTH toxicity and deficiency to help you achieve vibrant health.

You pick the level of participation:

  • Cleanse & Restore + Eating to Thrive Email Program, or
  • Eating to Thrive Email Program only.

A. FULL CLEANSE & RESTORE PROGRAM: The full cleanse & restore program utilizes a 4-pronged approach to completely over haul your health.

  1. 30-day gentle essential oil, enzyme and probiotic cleanse. This is one of the only cleanses I recommend. (I'm not a fan of starving, liquid diets, or eating only 3 things for a week straight) Keep in mind, a good cleanse can only go so far. The only way to ensure sustained progress toward healing and comprehensive wellness is to nourish and restore with nutrient-packed food AS WELL. You'll get my Eating to Thrive Guide & Workouts for FREE ($99 value) when you purchase the required oils + supplements to complete the cleanse. You'll also receive a personal welcome and on-boarding call with me to get you set up on the program and answer any wellness questions you may have.

  2. Eating to Thrive Guide. Each week, you will receive emails with recipes for daily green drinks, healthy plant-based recipes, and useful health tips. I'll also give you resources to help your 2018 be productive and intentional. We'll use Jennie Allen's Dream Guide to inventory and process growth in your personal, spiritual, work, and relational areas of life. You'll also receive guidance on how to select ONE WORD for 2018. With this combination of goodness, you can ditch the shallow resolutions that can often times set you up to fail.
  3. Circuit training & Yoga Workouts. Behavior and lifestyle changes cannot be complete without adding some form of exercise into your routine. You will receive access to short circuit training, resistance workouts, and detoxifying yoga flows that can be done in the comfort of your own home.
  4. Facebook Group. Community support is essential when you take on a wellness initiative such as this. I highly recommend doing this program with a close friend so you can encourage and hold each other accountable when things get tough. But even then- being a part of a like-minded group can work wonders. The Un-Resolution Wellness Program Facebook Group will be a place to post questions and glean helpful information while you are on the program. Anyone can join (or be added) to the facebook group to receive support + community. On this site, you will receive coaching and guidance from yours truly! Get your questions answered as well as encouragement and support from me in the forums, videos and live webinars.  Click  HERE to join the group.
  • COST: $245 plus tax & shipping

B. EATING TO THRIVE GUIDE EMAIL PROGRAM ONLY: If you would rather not participate in the cleanse, this is the option for you ;0)  Participants will receive all of the components listed above in #2, #3, & #4, and it's a powerful way to spring into 2018 and revolutionize your health. I'm discounting the cost of this wellness program by 50% to extend health and well-being into as many lives as I can.

Advent: Slowing for More Joy & More Jesus

I love November and December, but they are busy months;  full of decorating, baking, shopping, and events. Lately, I've noticed I've been falling into bed exhausted and frustrated over all of the things I did not get accomplished, and I've been waking up with a list of “must-do-now” items pressing in hard.  I don’t know about you, but this crazy-train makes me crave peace. I crave simplicity, and more than anything, my soul aches to be close to God’s heart instead of running around the halls of the mall.

Let's take a deep breathe together and get our hearts and minds in a good place. Let's sit at the feet of Jesus and this Christmas season, unwrap the best gift we've ever been given....

    Here's HOW:

    THE ADVENT PROJECT:

Each Sunday in December (3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th) you will receive an email to help you focus on receiving the gift of Jesus and being the gift to others. Each email will include 3 disciplines:

    1. Weekly Devotionals or Christian Meditations that will help you tend to your soul & draw close to God.
    2. Weekly Holy Yoga Videos that will help you to move, breathe & connect with God.
    3. Daily action items/challenges that you can do to BE THE GIFT TO OTHERS for the whole month of December.

This project wouldn't be complete without an opportunity to come together to laugh, pray and soak in God's goodness collectively. So, an optional CANDLELIGHT HOLY YOGA CLASS will be held on December 17th @ 3:30 pm at Mountainview Christian Church.

"The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness a light will shine.... For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderfu…

"The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness a light will shine.... For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His government and its peace will never end. ~ Isaiah 9:2, 6-7

Come close to the only real Light in the whole world and He'll make you into a miraculous candle, a little light of joy and hope and love in the dark wherever you go. At the Candle in the Darkness Holy Yoga Event, we'll soak in the Light of Christ and thank God for being the Light of the World.

    COST:

    • $10 Candlelight Holy Yoga Class ONLY (12/17). If you have a fitness package with Soul Fitness Colorado, feel free to use your punch pass to cover the class.
    • $15 Email Program ONLY. You will receive your first email on Dec. 3rd.

    Belove(d) Women's Event

Belove(d): BE LOVE to others, BE LOVED by God, & know that you are His BELOVED

As women, we wear many hats.  We are daughters, sisters, mothers, wives, friends, employees, neighbors and SO MUCH MORE.  The pace of life is so fast that it's easy to get caught up in these roles, and feel defined by our activities.

    • Are you in a season of running yourself into exhaustion, saying yes to everything, experiencing the ache of a dry and unseen soul?
    • Do you feel that your value is tied up in accumulating more, or in gaining approval through your performance?

    • Do you need the sweet Truth about who you are and Who you belong to, to be whispered over your heart and soul?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, or if you are just tired of living up to life's pressures (bound by the need to be perfect, perform and please), the Belove(d) Women's Event may be just what your heart and soul need.

Certified Yoga Instructor and Health & Wellness Advocate, Amber Jaworsky, will guide us through a candlelight Holy Yoga class that meets the skill level of every participant-from beginner to advanced. Amber will also teach from God’s Word about how our identity is found in being a daughter of the King.

I AM THE DAUGHTER OF A KING WHO IS NOT MOVED BY THE WORLD, FOR MY GOD IS WITH ME & AND GOES BEFORE ME, I DO NOT FEAR BECAUSE I AM HIS.

    Yoga Teacher Workshop: Theme/Word Weaving

Join Kristin Gibowicz, teacher trainer for Soul Fitness Colorado, to develop your faith-based yoga teaching skills.

One of the greatest tools I learned in a college public speaking class was “what’s the point?”  Tell them what you’re going to tell them, tell them, and tell them what you told them.  We tend to say too much or skip around an touch on several themes in one class. In this 2.5 hour workshop, learn to simplify your message and profoundly weave it into the physical & emotional experience of the class.  Pick 3-5 postures that exemplify the heart of the meaning of your theme. Allow the Holy Spirit to move, you to become small and the scripture to settle into the very mind, body & soul of the practitioner.  Leave this workshop with a notebook of ideas, references to scripture and overwhelming excitement to get out there an teach!
