2025 Soul Circles
Hour-Long, Weekly Zoom Sessions over Four Weeks
Over the past year, our Selah Sessions have become a beautiful monthly rhythm—an hour set apart to slow down, listen deeply, and rest in God’s loving presence.
But lately, I’ve sensed a nudge. A gentle invitation to create something more intimate… A space where we can not only pause together, but also walk alongside one another for a season—listening, noticing, and allowing God to shape us over time.
This is the heart behind Selah Circles.
Each week for four weeks, we’ll gather on Zoom in a small, closed group—making room for prayer, presence, and reflection in a safe and sacred space.. Each gathering will weave together the contemplative prayer practices you’ve come to love in Selah Sessions with the depth of Group Spiritual Direction.
There’s no agenda, no pressure, no “right answers.”
Just Space To:
Show up exactly as you are
Sit in silence and listen for Love’s voice
Experience the peace and presence of God
Hold space for one another without judgment or advice
Share and receive with patience, gentleness, and confidentiality
Be reminded you are seen, known, and held by God
Why Selah Circles?
Because something happens when we meet consistently over time. Trust grows. Layers fall away. We begin to notice God’s movement not just in our own lives, but in the lives of those around us.
When & How
Selah Circles meet on the same day and time each week for 4 weeks over Zoom. Space is VERY limited to nurture an atmosphere where each person can be truly seen and known.
There are 2 groups to choose from:
Monday Mornings | September 15 - October 6 | 7:00 am - 8:00 am MST, OR
Friday Afternoons | September 19 - October 10 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm MST
Selah Circles are designed as closed groups, so once you join, you’ll stay with the same circle for the entire four-week journey—no switching groups—so relationships can deepen week by week.
Investment
$75
If you’ve been craving a consistent rhythm of soul care and a trusted circle to walk with, I’d love to welcome you into a Selah Circle.
Let’s set aside time for what matters most, and let’s listen for God, together.
