Now that summer’s here, finding time to attend to your soul and get your workout in gets harder. But now you can feel better, and live better by integrating both at the Soul Yoga Outdoor Series.
Soul Yoga classes are so much more than a typical yoga workout. Our classes are designed to nourish your soul, strengthen your body, and provide you with the space you need to connect with God. When you’re physically and spiritually fit, you have more energy to say yes, to lean in, and to pour into the people and activities you care about.
Here’s what you need to know:
Classes meet every Thursday, June 17th - August 5th at Retreat Park- Tangleoak Ln, Castle Pines, CO.
All fitness and skill levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome.
Class starts promptly at 6:45 am, so please arrive a bit early to get settled.
Bring a mat, water bottle, and a light layer if the morning is chilly.
