This 3-part workshop includes a detoxifying yoga flow, essential oil & emotions lecture, and an interactive essential oil experience. You will learn how to use essential oils topically, aromatically, and internally to support your body's unique needs, and you will also get to blend a personal roller bottle of essential oils to take home!
