Join us Saturday, April 29th, 1:30-3:00 pm for a powerful yoga + essential oils workshop!

This 3-part workshop includes a detoxifying yoga flow, essential oil & emotions lecture, and an interactive essential oil experience. You will learn how to use essential oils topically, aromatically, and internally to support your body's unique needs, and you will also get to blend a personal roller bottle of essential oils to take home! 

Essential oils have been used for centuries for their therapeutic and healing properties, including their ability to help with emotional well-being. They hold us by the hand as we courageously face our emotional issues and they support and strengthen the body as we navigate through the various seasons of our lives.
