If you've been looking for a way to connect deeper to God with your whole mind, body and soul- Holy Yoga classes are perfect for you!

Holy Yoga classes are so much more than a typical yoga workout. Our classes are uniquely crafted to improve physical strength, deepen flexibility and relieve stress. Each class is also carefully designed with a Christ-centered focus. All worship, praise and devotion is given to glorify Christ, and the Word of God is woven throughout the practice.

Each class will meet the skill level of every participant from beginner to advanced. We will start class promptly at 5:45 am, so please arrive a bit early to get settled.

Cost: Drop-ins $10, 4-class punch passes $32, 8-class punch passes $64

Classes meet every Wednesday from 5:45-6:45 am
Bring a mat, water bottle and towel to each class please.
