What People Are Saying…
“I first came to Amber because I had a hernia that I wanted to try to manage without surgery. Covid had disrupted my normal fitness routine and had made it more painful. I began with some personal sessions but quickly realized that Amber was a gem that I couldn’t keep to myself. I put the word out and quickly had a small group of 3-4 friends who have been receiving training in the precious pre-dawn hours since last summer. I’ve been an athlete for my entire life, but Amber challenged my body in new ways. Her workouts were targeted to support my specific weaknesses, while strengthening my entire body. I am a more complete and balanced athlete now at 45 than I was at 18 playing college sports. Beyond the physical- I am a better person emotionally and spiritually for my time spent in her gym. I came looking to deal with a hernia- which is basically a small hole- and I discovered other holes in my life- the need for community and commiseration during covid, and the need to feel supported and loved in all of my imperfections. It seems inane to say that twice a week workouts filled all of those holes- but they did. I cannot say enough good things about the fellowship (and ass kicking) that I have received. I am blessed to be her client.” - Melissa D.
“I have been in the fitness world since college days (many moons ago!) and have seen and done almost every kind of workout. I have been working out with Amber and her programming for almost 6 months. When a friend asked me to join her in a Friday morning class I thought, “Sure, why not.” Little did I know that I was walking into a fitness program that challenged my body and mind, while feeding my soul. Amber is passionate about health (mind, body, and soul) and radiant with the love of her Creator. How she can simultaneously kick my butt and feed my soul is beyond me. Only the power of Jesus.” Treva B.
“Amber has an amazing way of lifting people up. She makes everyone in her presence feel loved, strong, and valuable. I admire how much passion and love she puts into everything she does, whether it’s challenging workouts, yoga, or faith-based meditations, she is knowledgeable and inspiring to be around.” Blair B
“I am a 51 year old woman, and after having working out with Amber for 10 months I am in great shape but more importantly, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. Amber Jaworsky does an amazing job of combining strength training with emotional training with cardiovascular training. She puts all of these things together to create a pretty cool workout experience that truly meets my physical needs and my spiritual needs! She has taught me the importance of rolling fascia, pushing to my weight limit (which is higher than I have ever done after a lifetime of weight training), and the beauty of laughter and sharing and caring while getting my rear kicked!” Tracey R.
