All of Soul Fitness workouts combine physical training with a spiritual message because physical exertion quiets the mind and prepares the heart to commune with God

By quieting the noise and stress of life you are better able to hear God’s still, small voice, and it’s a voice that fills you up and restores you.  I’ve heard it be said, “If the devil can’t make you bad, he’ll make you busy.” We have a real and present enemy that seeks to deceive you and keep you from knowing and experiencing God. And, with a mind that’s spinning, a schedule that’s overwhelmed and a soul that’s suffering under the weight of it all, it is critical that we stop running, sit still and let God refuel you with his love. God alone is the only source that can restore a parched soul.  In John 4:10-14, Jesus paints a beautiful picture of His gift of Living Water.  God is the well of living water.  We need to dip our container into the well to be filled up with love so we can go out into the world and love others with a selfless divine love.
